Nothing’s ever EVER square…
I left the house at 7am and returned at 8pm with high hopes of seeing all of our new cabinets in their proper places in our kitchen. Alas…
The cabinets seem to have gotten lost on their way to the kitchen and were found huddled in the corner of the living room. By the fireplace. Likely preparing to escape our old house by whatever means necessary.
Seems they discovered that one side of our kitchen ceiling is 2.5 inches higher than the other… Not a big deal if your cabinets don’t go all the way up. Very noticeable if they do. Crud.
So for those keeping score… We have most of the floors done, some of the cabinets, none of the paint, and we now have to wait for someone to rip out the ceiling and level it.
