SERIOUSLY …

So it’s been a rough week… I switched internet providers here at home and ordered new internet service for house #2. If you’ve ever undertaken a change in providers or a new DSL install you know what a pain that can be… well try it with two houses less than .5 miles apart under the same name and phone number… I spent close to 2 hours on hold + 3 hours speaking with techs + 4 home visits + 2 remotely coordinated rescues of techs who showed up at the wrong house for an appointment – all this with two days of driving rain to run in and out of. Whew – I am happy to report that all is now working.
