In the spirit of Thanksgiving I relay that I am thankful for a wonderful family (Robb and I really did luck out with the awesome parents and siblings), a very loving and tolerant husband, a happy (usually) and healthy child, great friends, and a safe place to call home. Happy Thanksgiving (a.k.a. the celebration of the conquering of a new continent through the introduction of smallpox – incidentally, that’s Robb’s description, not mine…)
